RETURN POLICY

The following are the policies to be eligible for exchange requests after shipment / receipt of goods:

  1. Purchase that is delivered with wrong item or damage is not cause by buyer.
  2. The purchase is made from Abby Wonderland.
  3. Abby Wonderland is informed within 7 working days (email: [email protected]) from the date of goods received.
  4. You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  5. Item must be returned in the original box (or at least a suitable packaging) to protect the Product from damage during return delivery. We will not be liable to any refund if the return is made without our consent.

REFUND POLICY

Any purchases from our website (Products and Services) will not be refunded. Please ensure that your purchase and the details of your purchases are accurate.

SHIPPING POLICY

Abby Wonderland will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase.

Abby Wonderland will not be liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us. You will be charged for additional shipping fees for a second delivery attempt.
